Build Partner Spotlight: Kiwi Owned & Grown
Generation Homes has been part of the Matamata community since 2014 when they were invited to bring their building knowledge, solid reputation and quality of product to two developments on Banks Road, Matamata. Since then, they have built over 118 homes in key developments across the area.
From day one they’ve partnered closely with the community, supporting the local Plunket rooms and more recently becoming an investment partner in the new Matamata Indoor Sports and Recreation Hub.
Fixed Price Guarantee
For over 25 years, Generation Homes has offered a fixed price guarantee to their customers. The security of knowing what you are going to pay right from the start, provides both the customers and their banks with peace of mind.
The Complete Turn-Key Package
When you build with Generation Homes you get a complete package – including everything from a starter garden, lawn, driveway and kerbing, right through to the letterbox and clothesline. All you need to do is turn the key, walk in and enjoy your new space.
Their show home at 9 Peakedale Drive in Matamata is an excellent example of the style and quality of product that Generation Homes builds.
Whilst the homes in the new Ballina development will be smaller in size than their current Matamata Show Home, they will be built to the same standard of quality and attention to detail.

Your Build & Sales Team
The Waikato Generation Homes team is lead by Regional Director and owner Trevor Roberts who has been in the construction industry for over 30 years. Alongside Trevor is Operations Manager Scott Duncan; Site Managers Adam Roberts and Cameron McLaren; Sales Consultants Stacey Spall and Julie Miles; and Accounts Administrator Josie Willemsen.

Backed by a National Network
Established in Tauranga in 1997, Generation Homes is one of the country’s leading residential construction companies. The company was founded by Graham Hockly, an electrician, and his business partner, quantity surveyor David Mansel.
Today the business has grown nationally and the national partnership of Regional Directors helps to provide a strong supply chain and a financially stable business structure which ensures that their bills are always paid on time.
Generation Homes’ Regional Directors live, work and raise their families in these communities. They have strong relationships with local developers, trades people, suppliers, investors, and our customers.
Generation Homes are proud to help build safe, fun, healthy and connected neighbourhoods by supporting key organisations and initiatives that deliver ongoing benefits to those who call this area home.
