Earthworks have begun!
It’s official – earthworks have begun onsite!
The new development Ballina in Matamata is off to a great start. Bay Civil has been busy throughout October making the most of the Spring weather and starting strong with the disestablishment of farm amenities like fencing and troughs. They’ve removed trees, installed safety fencing, put erosion controls in place, and set up their site office.
Earthworks then kicked off, starting with the dig out of the swale, an essential part of stormwater services that will service the first 3 stages.
